These Terms and Conditions apply to your subscription to EMILY’s List’s “Run to Win” Online Training Center (“the Training Center”). By paying for access to the Training Center, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and in our sole discretion. Any changes or modification will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions on this website, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. We encourage you to review the Terms and Conditions whenever you access the Training Center in order to stay informed about the rules and policies applicable to your access and use of the Training Center. 

EMILY’s List reserves the right to discontinue the Training Center and/or your subscription to the Training Center at any time and for any reason without prior notice to you. You may also cancel your subscription to the Training Center at any time. 

1.         Privacy Policy

2.         Confidentiality and Propriety

The Training Center provides access to some content to all users free of charge. However, all of the content available to paid subscribers to the Training Center, including documents, worksheets, templates, artwork, research, and other materials, is confidential and is the exclusive property of EMILY’s List. You may download the content for your use, but you may not share, publish, distribute, or otherwise make any paid content on the Training Center available to any third party (aside from your campaign staff and trusted advisers) without the prior written approval of EMILY’s List. 

3.         Payment

As of November 18, 2020, the Training Center is now free for all users. If you have been a previously subscribed user and have questions about your subscription payment, please contact the Training Center team at trainingcenter@emilyslist.org.  

4.         Limitation of Liability

EMILY’s List has used its best efforts to ensure that all data and information available on the Training Center is current and accurate. However, EMILY’s List provides this content for planning purposes only. Users should always directly verify the information provided. EMILY’s List does not accept any responsibility or liability for the accuracy, content, completeness, or reliability of the information contained on the Training Center.
